Other than Laptops I am not aware of Any Dells For industrial applications computers for harsh environment. The Optiplex is not an Industrial Computer theLatitude XFR is.
Yes, there is a more industrial version of the Optiplex desktop that runs in more extreme temperatures and designed for 24x7 use - I think they sell them for Point of Sale use etc.
I cant remember the model designation but they definitely exist - oh, found it - its the Optiplex XE:

APC-3593P is also an good Option considering it has Intel processors and is full Total IP 65 / IP69K
