IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

keep getting bsod with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
 
graphics card has been acting weird but recently installed a wireless modem, event checks give me no clues
 
what should i try first to solve
 
any help appreciated
 
and what is a kernal?
 
 
update
just updated my driver and immediately got this bsod
nv4_disp.dll
address BF0131A3 base at BF012000, Datestamp 4627d557
 
i looked at my driver under driver properties and got todays date and driver version 6.14.10.9424 on 1 (running SLI)
and on the other driver version 8.4.4.0  from 3/31/2006
 
help

this is a driver problem , uninstall the nvidia graphics drivers in add remove programs ,  only  uninstall the nvidia graphics driver , restart windows , stop windows new hardware found from installing.  then install the 94.24 drivers     the latest driver from nvidia are  94.24 , these drivers work very well for me

will that update both drivers?
 
also these problems started around the time I put in a Linksys wireless router, can we be pretty sure its a graphics card thing?

both cards drivers will be updated... as for the wireless router see if ther have a firmware update..  id say its a graphics card driver issue
