Initailizing Intel (R)Boot Agent GEv1.2.50 PXE 2.1 Build 086(WFM)2.0
i have a dell desktop that is not booting only shows a Initailizing Intel (R)Boot Agent GEv1.2.50 PXE 2.1 Build 086(WFM)2.0 does not go beyond that even if i press F2,F8,F15,F10 or delete to at least dislpay bios settings to configure it to boot from a HDD.

When it tries to PXE boot it means that when it looked for Bootable DVD and or hard drive it didn't find one.
This usually means the hard drive is totally dead.
