Inspiron 537s problem for system recovery
My children install windows 7 on dell inspiron 537s and I can't recover it to my original windows vista via system restore. Please help me.

Hi
The only way to get it back to windows vista is by reinstalling it via disc.
System restore cannot restore to previous windows.

Windows Vista is very much obsolete and you should avoid Reinstalling it. Your factory image will be non-functional after the upgrade.
Is the Windows 7 edition they installed genuine? If so use it to upgrade to Windows 10 in 2 days. See here where I demonstrate the upgrade from the Windows Insider Program:

Once you have upgraded to Windows 10 your system will be considered a Windows 10 Device so make a Recovery Drive and Clean Install:
