Inspiron 560 questions
Hi,
If I were to buy the Inspiron 560 for example but wanted to install a larger capacity hard drive than what's offered, could I do that myself without invalidating the warranty?
Also, the Inspiron 560 comes with a 64 bit OS. Could a 32 bit OS be installed on this or must a 64 bit system have a 64 bit OS installed on it?
Thanks

Installing a larger hard drive should not void the PC's warranty.
This is Dell's POLICY about the use of parts, software and components not supplied or installed by Dell.

Thanks.
As the Inspirons are 64 bit systems, does the operating system also have to be 64 bit or could I install a 32 bit OS on a 64 bit machine?

Yes, you can install, a 32-bit, operating system on a 64-bit PC, but before changing it, check that all the drivers required are available.
