Inspiron 5675 Crash

I just bought Inspiron 5675, but my system crashes every several minutes and comes back again, does anybody know what to do please it is very frustrating :emotion-12:

Always include version of Windows in your posts. Assuming it's Win 10, did you get the automatic Fall Update to Win 10 Creators Build after you started using it?

Define "crash". Does it: freeze, screen go black, reboots itself, or...?  Do you get any error messages? Have you looked in the Windows Event Viewer for error messages around the time of a crash?

Have you updated all the drivers, including video drivers for whichever video card you may have (AMD or Nvidia)?  http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/product-support/product/inspiron-5675-gaming-desktop/drivers

What version of BIOS is installed? Looks like BIOS 1.3.4  is the latest.

Thank you so much for your help. you asked me Define "crash". my screen goes black and comes back after 5 seconds but it does happen very often

Did you get the update to Win 10 Fall Update?

Start by updating the video driver from the link I posted above for your specific video card.
