Hi there

Thanks so much for trying to help. I was very hopeful but unfortunately it hasn't worked. Do you have any other ideas as my husband needs this feature to work as he's severely sight impaired. I seem to remember using the Dell Stage Photo element for the first time at around the same time as the touch screen failed...........Also I get the message 'Display Driver stopped working and was recovered' fairly regularly.  Many Thanks

Hi there,

* In Control Panel, Programs I couldn't find the video drivers - did you mean find them in Device Manager?

* In Programs there is ATI Catalyst Control Centre and ATI Catalyst Install Manager - should I uninstall one of these?

* As I was unsure I downloaded the driver and ran it anyway but it wouldn't install.

Many Thanks

Hi Sudeep,

I have followed the above steps but still no luck. After I performed the Windows update it told me I did not have the correct graphics card, please update the drivers. There was no Tablet PC Settings in Control Panel. Any other ideas? Many Thanks
