I don't for 2 reasons. 

1.  It usually doesn't work.

2.  INTEL HD Graphics drivers are tightly oem integrated.

It will Identify your hardware then when you run the driver it will say this system is not supported by this driver.

I think INTEL charges OEM's for updates and therefore it only works on Retail INTEL Desktop boards and computers.

If you don't want to search for newer driver by yourself, it is a great tool for you. 

These automatic driver update utility is designed to help search, download and install drivers without efforts and save your time. Some 3rd party utilities do the same and more job.

I use it, usually with good results.

In my experience that only happens if you install an OEM driver if you have no driver isntaleld it will autodetect and install properly.

However I agree with the limitations with this utility, it doesn't even provide the latest version of Intel Chipset Device Software.
