Intel security driver / System Management bus

I just reformatted and reinstalled 98SE, because Windows wouldn't do anything complicated without locking up -- no Counterstrike, no Unreal Tournament, not even MP3's. Anyway, whenever I boot now, Windows detects an Unknown Device (which I have determined is the Intel random number generator chip) and a PCI System Management Bus device. Windows can't find INF files for these devices anywhere. I installed the i815 chipset drivers when I reinstalled, but these two devices still don't have drivers. Attempting to install the Intel Security Driver (the driver for the RNG) from Intel's site or off the Dell driver CD gives a "This platform does not support the Intel Security Driver. Contact your OEM..." message and exits. I can't find a specific driver for the System Management Bus anywhere.

So why won't Windows find drivers for these two devices?
