Internal USB connector Optiplex 745 Pin assignment
Hi
I wonder if anyone can tell me the pin assignment of the Internal USB Connector on the Optiplex 745 motherboard?
I wish to fit an internal card reader. It has the following connector pins: Two 3 pin blocks and two single pin connectors. These are labelled as follows:
1 - VCC (red wire) D0- (White wire) D0+ (Green wire)
2 - VCC (red wire) D1- (White wire) D1+ (Green wire)
And the single pins are each labelled GND (Black wire)
any information welcome
cheers
M

850tdm,
I do not see the pin assignments in our documentation. All it shows is where it is on the motherboard.

Hi,
I want to purchase Dell 3020 SFF.
But I do require a USB license dongle to be mounted inside cabinet.
So want to confirm whether Dell 3020 SFF is having an internal USB header on motherboard or not.
If yes, what is the count for no. of PINS where I can connect USB cable to connect my USB dongle.
Link for USB cable that I may use is as below.

Can you please confirm?

The SFF 3020 does not include a flex bay connection. Dell does not provide pin outs for any connections on any model ever.
There are ZERO internal USB connections.
