Is Zone Alarm blocking incoming email?

Since installing Zone Alarm free version (installed last week) I haven't been receiving email. Which setting should I use to allow some email to gain entry? While online, I often receive an alert advising that access was blocked, but I'm unable to determine who the sender is....

It would be easy enough to check, turn off ZA and send yourself an email. If your open ZA and take a look at your listed program items, you should see your Internet/Mail provider listed among the programs. Check to be sure you have it listed to access the internet. Kip

Well I think at this point you should start a dialog with your email provider. Take a look at your email preferences and options to be sure you dont have any spam filters enabled, etc. If that checks out okay, then its a problem with your email provider. Kip
