Japanese Keyboard?

I want to be able to switch my keys so that I can type in Japanese characters. Does anyone know of any software or downloads for this?

You don't need a Japanese keyboard to input Japanese characters.  See  http://www2.gol.com/users/pbw/jkeyb.htm how to enable Japanese language support for the various Windows systems.
