This site has drivers for your SK8100 keyboard. After downloading please check file with your VIRUS CHECKER before running. Most keyboards that have programable keys reguire a driver to tell the system how the keys are suppose to work. Without a driver it is nothing more than a standard keyboard.

If you the driver download doesn't do it, you can try Tweak UI, free from Microsoft. Look for the download link on this page:

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

Run TUI and expand list under Explorer in left pane. Click Control Keys in that list and see if you can set the keys the way you want in the right pane.

these keys are programmable.  to program them you need to access the "keyboard" functions which can be accessed from the "control panel".  click on "keyboard", then "dell touch".  self explanatory from there.
