Loading DRMK Version 8.00 error on XPS400

I did a pc restore using the ctrl+F11 action and when it sucessfully reboots it hangs and says "Loading DRMK Version 8.00". I was wondering if there is a work around for this. I have no disks simply an ineffective restore process. I even tried to use a partinion editor and restored the ghost image manually but that didn't work. The problem isn't with the ghost image it is with the rebotting process so please don't refer me to the goodells.net site. I have been through that and that article doesn't adress this issue.
