Looking for a fax modem for my Optiplex 755 for Win XP Pro SP3

I would like to buy a "low profile" modem card for my Optiplex 755 Desktop running Win XP Pro SP3.  Which card at a reasonable price would you recommend? Has to be "low profile" size.  The idea is to plug my fax line into it and have the Optiplex answer and receive all incoming faxes using MS Fax Console.  Should support Wake on Ring (WOR).

On Dell Chat, I received four part numbers:  WH625 , JF495 , FF959 , PJ497. 

However, I can only find a Dell web page for one of them:
