Memory Integrity Test Error Code 2000-0123 Passing but Computer Still Shuts Down
I have a dell optiplex 755 64-bit Win7 which just yesterday gave me the 0123 error code and DIMM slot 2 seemed to be the culprit. I reseated the memory in all but DIMM 2 and everything passed all the Memory Tests and rebooted but after passing every single time, the computer still shuts down.
What am I to do?

Hi Curtis,
How many DIMMs do you have fitted? I would take 1 DIMM and test it in every memory socket/slot. Note the results and do the same thing with the second DIMM. Repeat this step for every DIMM that's installed in the system. Does the issue change depending on which DIMM or slot is in use?
By doing this you should be able to isolate the fault to an individual DIMM or slot.

I have 4 slots and have done everything you have listed before even posting and since my earlier posting I checked each component by unpinning from the motherboard and everything checked out but now after plugging main power cord into the cpu it has given me an OLOD (Orange Light Of Death) and won't even come on. I'm suspecting either power supply is done or the mobo is done :(

Sorry to hear that. You can test the PSU using the method here:
en.community.dell.com/.../19628318
(make sure the system is off when you try this)
I would also recommend running the same test when the PSU is fully disconnected from the system. If it passes both tests, it's more likely that the motherboard is at fault. Let us know how you get on.
