I would be careful with the RAID 0. If one drive fails the whole array is lost, so there is twice the chance of losing everything. Even 250GB is overkill for most people. I would say just get the 160GB single drive unless there is a specific reason you know you would need more. Then you might as well drop the $40 for the faster memory, it can only help. The 6800 is a great card. Even the mobile 6800 in my notebook plays Everquest2 with high graphics settings without a hitch.
Enjoy!

RodentMeat.

You should think twice about using RAID 0.
RAID 0 gives you almost nothing in added performance on the desktop, but doubles your risk of losing everything due to drive failure, therefore be certain, to keep your data backups current.

Pass on the RAID 0 and get the faster ram.

Okay. No RAID 0. But will the +133 Mhz to the RAM help out a lot. I know that 1 GB of RAM is pretty good, but I figured I could upgrade it without going to 2 GB. So, will it help out my performance noticeablely?

Noticeable performance? Probably not.
