Have you checked the diagnostic lights on the system to see if they are indicating a memory problem when you receive this error message? Try running the Dell Diagnostic program on your memory modules.
If you have more than one memory module installed then try removing the module in the first slot and replace it with the other module. If the system boots up without error then consider the "removed" module as being faulty.
