Intel AMT HECI, v.3.2.20.1049 PV, A02
This package provides Driver for Intel
AMT HECI Chipset and is supported on OptiPlex 755 running the following windows

The three chipset drivers should be installed in order after Service Pack 1 and Dell System Software for correct functionality.

The VEN/DEV reveals this driver - "Intel 82Q35 Express Serial KT Controller" - but a quick search showed a couple of results that relate to the Dell OptiPlex 755 and people sharing your difficulty in finding it.

This thread popped up and the last post maybe of some use.

Thanks for the posts to me in help.

From following some of the previous info, I got to here.

I loaded the top one and installed it to the Dell.

The exclamation mark has now gone.
