What I am talking about here is the Dell genesis display perfection logo keeps coming up every 5 minutes almost and then it goes back to where I was before.
In response to your post with regards to the Dell logo coming up on your screen,we would need to check the power cable that is connected to the monitor as it could be that the power cable is not properly plugged into the back of the monitor,if that does not work then please try using another power cable.

Always helps to post your model computer and OS to get an answer. If possible, try another monitor. Update your video card drivers.
