NO USB BOOT OPTION in BIOS

I am trying to install a clean form of Windows 10 via USB but I can not get the USB option to boot from. I have tried different formats and finally I got Microsoft to do it for me but Still in my bios I cannot boot from either Legacy nor UEFI. I even tried making it optional by typing in USB ODD and then efi\boot\bootx64.efi and it still will not boot from my USB.

My USB is 8GB just under it.

Try connecting your bootable USB stick to the PC before you power the PC on. Then power on and immediately press F12.

Look for USB boot options on the menu now...

Keep pressing F2 then F12 then F2 then F12.

Go into Setup and turn Secure boot OFF and CSM Legacy boot on.

Then restart and with the bootable usb device already installed

Keep pressing F2 then F12 then F2 then F12.

When Boot Menu comes up Select USB device.

Hello, thank you for the reply but this does not  fix this problem. Still no option. I have tried all ports.

The USB Device must actually be bootable AND be installed and plugged in BEFORE turning the machine on.
