Network controller driver issue

My Dell Inspiron was not booting so I ran Dell system recovery which restored it to factory settings but now it is saying Network controller driver not installed ... what to do?

Hi Nadia80,

Please update the network driver from the link below:

http://dell.to/QjjZDA

Click on the link above and enter the system service tag, click submit and select the Operating system from the dropdown list to get the drivers for your computer. Restart the system after the drivers update.

In case you are finding difficulty in getting the drivers, let me now the system model (E.g. Inspiron 560) and the Operating system.

I tried its not working also its giving another error now which is http://i.imgur.com/5ftVRvz.png that video card is less than 64 GB and hence it can't play videos or TV ... also windows movie maker is not working saying system specifcation requirement in not met to run windows movie maker ... where as previously it used to work fine in fact i even had Adobe Premier Pro CS installed on my laptop too

Hi Nadia80,

Please check if there is any yellow exclamation mark in the Device manager. If possible provide the screen shot of the device manager window.  Also provide the system model.
