Close, but the fan from Dell is 92mm, this one's a 120. Thanks for the try. FYI - I wrote Dell and they pointed me back to the online documentation for the 8200. This is interesting since the documentation doesn't even have specs on the original case fan. I wrote back and pointed this out to them. If I ever get the specs, I'll post them in this thread in case anyone's interested.
