No Audio Output on Dell Optiplex 9010

Hi there,

I formatted my Dell Desktop and installed Windows 8.1. Since then I have not been able to output any audio, first with Microsoft's Audio Driver and then I downloaded the Realtek ALC269 High-Definition Audio Driver from the Dell Website but no luck.

I have done practically everything from all the forum sites I have been to but with no luck. I have checked BIOS and ran diagnostics and it says the audio devices are okay.

Please if someone has had a problem with this and has fixed it please let me know. I will truly appreciate it.
