You can only use pc800 rdram and they must be MATCH EXACTLY in pairs. Do not buy value ram or so called generic ram, your dell will puke it out!! buy some samsung, or kingston (NOT VALUERAM!) However, your system can use "non-dell" memory, just as long as its not generic. most of dell's memory comes from crucial (doesn't carry rdram....but ddr, sdram, and other types of memory can be purchased through my website below) , kingston, or samsung.... you can go to
http://www.newegg.com for quality RDRAM at the lowest prices!

The memory are guaranty to work on your computer. I bought a lot of ram from Coast memory and Crucial, which I never experience any problem. Crucial dosn't carry RDRAM, but Coast memory have RDRAM.
If you have a FSB 533MHZ board, which you say you have, you need PC800- 40ns . A lot of posters are waiting for a bios upgrade to allow the use of PC1066 ram with that 8200. It may or may not happen. Right now it is PC800-40ns
After you price it elsewhere, including Dell, you may want to take a look at a provider on my site. They offer only 40ns PC800 for the 8200, so it works in all models. Using the link on my site you will get better pricing then going directly and a 10% discount on checkout.
You have 4 slots, and you've got 128 each in 2 of them. So you can add 2 512s or 2 256s or 2 128s if you'd like.
Documentation is available via the Reference tab above, or you can go to the Dell Documentation link on my site which has a direct 8200 link.
I didn't see a link to a site, though. I want to check out your site, but I just don't see your link anywhere. Also, can you have 2 128's in two slots, and 2 256's in the other two slots?

Something hicupped. It was there, and now it is again..., and below. Yes, you can have it setup exactly as you stated.
