I have an old OptiPlex 170L, 2.6Ghz Celeron processor, upgraded to 2GB RAM, is it possible to upgrade to a faster CPU?

Supports up to 3.06 Ghz pentium 4 but its not worth upgrading when you can get a GX620 or better tower with windows 7 and 2 gigs of ram.

Microcenter and Amazon and other vendors sell Optiplex 620 745 755 760 780 with windows 7 and 2 gigs of ram for very reasonable prices.
