Windows 10 runs on this machine but I now find that the updates are failing. Could Dell issue W10 drivers for this machine.

Dell haven't tested OptiPlex 790 for the windows 10 upgrade nor does Dell list any drivers for windows 10 yet. Please click on the link below:

There won't be any windows 10 drivers for this model EVER.
That said windows 10 works fine with every optiplex I have tested back to the GX620.
Audio Drivers and New Video Card with AC600 USB wifi are the fixes for every dell I have upgraded.
You also have to add back Directx June 2010 and Dotnet 2.0 3.5 and Legacy Direct play.
