Hi PCTHAKUR,

The diskette drive failure means you need to turn off the diskette drive controller in the BIOS. Are you able to access the BIOS during boot?

sir i already know  how to kill that error or other things frm cmos, but the prob is i cant use my keyboard....only button working is the power button after that only screen i see is the press f1 or f2 screen withe errors....

fed up of this diagnostics system of dell which cant let u boot if ny of its sensor goes out.... bloody american dell with all parts made in china

it seems like usb ports not giving enough power to the kb & mouse but its still my guess... i still cant start my os

No, that's not the problem. The keyboard and mouse require very little power. 

Do you see any of these diagnostics lights <ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed from this post by Dell>?
