Optiplex 745 won't boot
My 745 won't boot up. I press the power button and it kicks on for about 2 seconds then powers down. Another 5 or so seconds later it does the same thing and it keeps repeating until I unplug it. It was booting yesterday but I couldn't bring it up fully. Any thoughts?

Do you hear any beeps or see any orange diagnostic LEDs? Also, is the power LED solid green?
