Hi Ruben,
I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Adobe Flash player on the system. Please follow the steps in the first link to uninstall the Adobe Flash player and then reinstall the Adobe Flash player using the second link.

We have several Optiplex 755 machines at my work and we are getting the same issue with Internet Explorer (version 10) and YouTube in Windows 7. It appears to have something to do with ActiveX, because if you turn on ActiveX Filtering, the videos will begin to play.
This is not a permanent fix, however. Turning off ActiveX causes other issues such as:
- Clicking on a video while another is playing in YouTube causes another error; and you have to constantly hit Refresh when swapping between videos.
- Any other sites that require ActiveX (most web based games) will not work if you filter ActiveX.
We have tried reinstalling the latest version of Flash within IE, updating the BIOS, updating the video drivers, and making sure all IE updates and windows updates are installed. We also did this with a brand new installation of Windows 7 on the machine, using the disk that came with the computer. Nothing seems to work.
If anyone has seen this issue and knows a good fix for it, please reply. Thanks!
