Optiplex 760 DT CPU Upgrade.

Hello! I recently got an Optiplex 760 (desktop size) and I am upgrading it as much as possible as a fun project. I have already put in an SSD, a MSI GTX 750 Ti low profile GPU, 8GB of Ram, and I swapped the stock E2200 processor with an E7200. However, the E7200 is holding the system back.

I was wondering if it would be possible to put a Core 2 Quad processor (Q6600?) in the computer. However, I am worried that the 255W psu or the motherboard type will prevent any upgrades. What I am finding online doesn't seem specific to my situation, so I am hoping that maybe someone here could help me. Thanks!
