Can the following graphics card work for a Optiplex 780 SFF (small form factor)?

If you look at the depth of the heatsink and where it needs to fit in the system, it may be a very tight fit or a no-go.

No it wont work and it uses too much power. Because the card is X4 it will clock down to X1 speed. Heatsink is TOO THICK to fit.
