Optiplex 9030 AIO - Cannot access BIOS with wireless keyboard

I cannot access the BIOS or Boot Menu of my Optiplex 9030 AIO with a wireless keyboard, regardless of make/model. I have to connect a wired keyboard to get into the BIOS or Boot Menu, which is a bit silly. I have several other Dell Optiplex systems here such as 745, 755, 780, 960, 7010, 9010 AIO. None of these systems have this problem - I can access the BIOS and Boot Menu with a wireless keyboard.

Any ideas?
