Optiplex 960 displayport does not display

Hello I have an Optiplex 960 with 2 monitors connected, one per vga and one per displayport. 
When the display with the displayport adapter to vga connected to the monitor, the pc does not start. 
It's like I'm in suspension. 
Then when unplugging the pc starts and if I connect the adapter with the pc turned on it gives video to the second monitor. 
The funny thing that this went perfectly until we changed the disk for a ssd disk. 
I installed all the drivers but it keeps happening to me.

As we see in Dell Optiplex 960 Manual:

  • Confirm that a power cable is connected to the monitor and a power outlet.
  • Ensure the video cable is connected to the correct video source
  • Ensure that the correct type of video cable is connected.
  • Examine the video cable connectors for signs of damage
  • Make sure the connector is fully inserted
