Optiplex XE not booting
My Optiplex XE has the power and 1 and 3 lights flashing on it. The service tag is HQK8NS1. I tried removing the only memory module in it, and that did not change anything. This system has a 32GB SSD attached. I do not see anything on the display.

Hi,
As per the 1 and 3 flash light its a memory compatibility error. Curious to know, have you made any hardware changes recently?
Can you let us know if machine goes into Boot menu when you tap on f12.

Removing the memory changes nothing. With the power off (pressed and held power button down until off), the 1 and 3 still blink. F12 doesn't result in any display. There is never anything coming out on the VGA port that I can see on the attached monitor.

Can you please send us a private message of your contact details,

We suspect its a motherboard port issue.
Will schedule repair service for Tuesday.
