Hi,
try PCISCAN (http://www.nu2.nu/utils/) - it might help you in identifying the device.
It returns all found pci devices and their bus/device number, and if those are in the list of manufacturers/devices it will even return a devicename.
If it does not, you can look up the device ID here : http://www.pcidatabase.com/index.php
