Pinout internal USB connector

Hello,
I want to connect an device to the internal USB connector on the mainboard of a dimension 2400 (only 1 month old).
To make sure that the plug of the device fits the connector of the mainboard, I would be very interested in the pinout of the mainboard USB connector (should be J27) usually used for the front panel USB connectors.

Thanks very much for your help

The front panel connects as a single block, with no separate USB pins.

If you want to use this device, you will need to add a PCI card to the system that has an internal header for a USB cable.

This is not true.
There are 3 cables going to the front:
Front Panel (main swich, HDD LED, Reset ....)
USB
Audio

I am only intereseted in the USB pinout (J27).

Obviously, one of the front USB connectors will not work afterwards, but I do not mind.

AIEOTA,

As noted by ejn63, J27 is a single block connector.  A diagram for the specific pin out is not available for motherboard connectors.  If you have a multimeter, you can trace the pin connections to determine where you will have to cut into the cable.  Check this link for a diagram of your motherboard, including the connections.  Note that J27 is a single block connector:
