Poor India support for Dell desktop

i,m sadly to tell u... 2 years ago, i had purchased dell desktop... yesterday my ethernet was busted.... so, my system automatically turn on itself..... i asked to dell support centre......(toll free number)... but, he didn't gave the proper solution to fix that problem...... he told  only for replacing motherboard.....in india, there is no desktop service centre...... dell providing laptop service center only.......then how to solve hardware problem for desktop users......i,m very very unsatisfied support of ur's............still i believe u ..... help me to solve this automatically turn on problem.....or send desktop service center number..........
