PowerReg Scheduler.exe in startup

Question

What is it ? I can't find any reference to this file at Microsoft. I have a new 8200 2gig with Win2K on it. I can't execute the file it does appears to do nothing. A right mouse click on it, tells me the internal name is PRegScheduler.exe. It is in the startup program group. Can I delete this unknown file or do I need it ? Mike

I've had that one before. It just reminds you to register software, & it's not needed in the startup group.

Yes, remove it. I think it is from a game. Maybe Hasbro Interactive games?

I would doubt it is a game since it came installed from Dell, it was there on my very first boot. But I removed it and its working fine, now onto other problems... Thanks
