Precision 670 Post LED Error lights

Question

Hi   Having problem with LED messages post.   I have A Green B Orange C Green and D Orange   Suspect terminal anyone come accross same as Dell reports various errors but no info on ythis combo   Dreaded error beeps 1 long  then 3 short 1 long 1 short   Suspect PSU or regulated voltage  anyone any idea or what fault is?

Thanks   Have already reseated the chips.  Have 2 gb of 4 sticks     Have tried to remove pairs and still error codes the same.  Had board VRM failure 6 months ago physical fire smoke and all.  MB and Vrm modules replaced.  System protected by APC2200 UPS and APC pro spike strip find it hard to believe that lost all four memory chips have you had this error before?

Your LED and beep code traces to memory issues. Reseat the memory sticks. If that doesn't work get the modules replaced and try again.
