Precision T3600 front panel pinout
I have motherboard from Dell Precision T3600 (Dell 08HPGT) without the case and I can't power it up.
Can you help me with the pinout (28pins) of front panel & USB 2.0 connector (N 23 at page 36 on this manual -

where should be PSON , RESET, LED pins .
Also , is the ATX power conector (n28 in the manual) standart ? If it is dell's custom , can somebody give me the pinout ? Is it the same as Dell T5400 given here ?

Patience! Posts on these forums are mostly done by volunteers...
Dell doesn't publish front-panel pinouts so unless somebody has mapped them and is willing to share the info, you may be out of luck.
Have you nosed around on eBay or at some of the online sites that sell OEM Dell parts to see if you can pick up the matching case? And you can always contact Dell Spare Parts to see if they have this case for sale.
