Hi Hardcoreuser,

If you are using 95% of your physical RAM, then you definitely have a problem. What you need to do is figure out what is using all your memory. Process Explorer is one utility that will allow you to view what services and applications are using how much RAM.

You said you tried to install more "standard memory". Of course there is no such thing as standard memory. Even if there were, it wouldn't solve your problem.

How much RAM do you have?

Firexfox is using 966.252K, OUtlook using 442.588K, Skype using 363.916K. I have two 21`` screens. Firexfox and FlashPlayer (Adobe) have their usual interconnection problems (when will they solve this

anyway?).

Under System it say:

"4GB (2GB usable)."

Isn' t this insufficient for a Intel XEON CPU E5520@2,27GHz 2,26GHz (2 processors)?

Ok, 4GB with 2GB usable? You've definitely got problems. How long has your memory been like this?
