Processor update on OptiPlex GX520

Hi,

I intend to make an processor update on the GX520. At the moment there is the original Pentium D915 2,8 GHz inside. As I read from the manual a newer, more powerful E5700 3 GHz should be able to run on this board. Does anyone have had experiences with this matter or can confirm that the E5700 will also run?

nb: the socket is LGA775 for both and the TDP for the E5700 ist 30 W lower than for the D915
