Hi DARYLR1990,
OptiPlex GX260 SFF supports DDR1 PC1600 (200MHz) & PC2100 (266MHz) 128MB, 256MB, 512MB and 1024MB Non-ECC RAM modules only and does not support DDR2 RAM modules provided in the link.

2GB Upgrade for a Dell OptiPlex 755 Series (Desktop Mini-Tower and Small Form Factor) System (DDR2 PC2-8500, NON-ECC...
Playing Wow Requires a GPU. Only single slot wide GPU's fit in a 620. Radeon HD7750 is max.
DELL has a 6570 that fits in all models Like the 7750 does. The 7750 is a better buy and a better card but it uses more power. This is why its fine for Tower systems with 305W power supplies.
DELL OptiPlex GX620 - FAQ - Frequently Asked (and answered) Questions
Max useable ram is 3.5 gigs. You can put in 8 gigs but only the bios will recognize it.
Bios should be updated to A11 Before changing ram.
Get a 620 Tower and you don't have to mod anything it just works.
A Pentium D should have the Copper heat pipe performance heatsink.
The 620 FAQ Covers this.
The Sapphire HD7750 would be the last piece to the puzzle.

6670 and 7750 - http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/radeon-hd-7770-7750-benchmark,3135.html
There is ZERO to no Room for many cards on the SFF. You would have to hacksaw and dremel and even then it may be too large.
There was a Guy that Shoehorned a 5670 into the 990 after using hacksaw, dremel tool, and then electric tape to hold it back together since the cover no longer latched.
2011 Low Profile Gaming Graphics Card - Brian's Ski Epic
Jun 2, 2011 – Below is the original MSI ATX Radeon HD R5670 graphics card immediately before I cut into it with the dremel ....
Since I cut off the side of the caddy, I attach the hard drive to the caddy with electrical tape. You can see the electrical tape in the red circles in the picture below. The point "P" in the picture below will rotate down and press up against the new graphics card.

Do you have a 260 or a 620?
PC 2100 DDR will be impossible to find. Look for Low Density INTEL compatable DDR 3200 for a 260
For a GX620 you can use DDR2 PC8500. getting faster ram allows you to use in newer models.
Kingston Technology 1 GB DIMM Memory 400 MHz (PC 3200) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Single (Not a kit) KTD8300/1G

The 6450 will work but in higher graphics modes and resolutions it will be slow.
The HD 6450 GDDR3, GPU 625MHz 160 Stream Processors
The HD 7750 GDDR5, GPU 800MHz 512 Stream Processors
For UK I would recommend
Crucial 4GB kit (2x2GB) DDR2-1066 CL7 NonECC PC2-8500 (CT2KIT25664AA1067)
Mfr#: CT2KIT25664AA1067
Don't buy too much ram. 3.5 gigs is the max your system will see even if you put 8 gigs in.
The Bios will show 8 gigs but the OS will not work with more than 3.5 gigs. This is an intel chipset issue.
The reason to buy this ram is that it can later be used in faster Optiplex systems.
