RE: missing hypertrm .dll file
Karon,
In the Add/Remove program there is a tab at the top which is labelled Windows Set up. Click on this. If you double click on Communications you will see hyperterminal.If you remove the check mark next to it and close the program you will delete it. Then if you go back and replace the check mark you will re-install it. It will ask you to put your Windows CD in your CD and will copy the program with the missing Dll.

I can't thank you enough. Your suggestion about the Install/Uninstall worked. No more error messages about hypertrm.dll (for the first time in weeks!) All the time I spent in that useless endevor of trying to extract files that are unextractable.
That must be the only way that Windows CD will release that information. Thank you so much.
