Red Lines on LCD Monitor
I have a Samsung 24" LCD Monitor that now has Red Lines going from Left to Right on the desktop. All folders and Icons on the Desktop have mulitiple Red broken lines L to R. When I open a program (outlook) it is light blue lines.
It is not the Monitor because I tesed it andt works on my laptop. I have updated the Monitor Driver and the Display adapter to no avail.
Has this happene to anyone else?

If the monitor tests OK on a different PC then the problem is a defective video card in the PC.

I found out it was a bad DVI cord and not the Video Card. Thanks for the help!
