(Redirected) Bios A12 issue

I flashed A12 to upgrade from A07. I have a x51 r2, It wont boot, it just sits at the alien screen with the bios info. The only way i can get it to boot is by pressing f12.  I can boot so i guess it snot that big of deal but just wondering of any way of fixing this. I have tried download a07 and re flashing in windows but it says that it cant get authorization to flash. Thanks.
