(Redirected) Clean Install after hard drive crash - no recovery disk

How can I reinstall Windows on my Alienware X51 after a hard drive crash?  This means that I do not have access to the recovery partition and I do not have any external recovery disk.  I will attempt this with a Windows bootable USB drive.  What Window product key should I use??  or, can I create a recovery disk from Dell Support??
