Removing NVIDIA Control Panel

I am upgrading from NVIDIA FX5200 to and ATI card.  I know I have to first uninstall the drivers for the old card (Using 96.85 for VISTA).  However, NVIDIA is not listed in the "Add/Remove".  There is an entry in the Vista control Panel which opens the NVIDIA control panel.  I guess I can remove the drivers from the device manager, but how can I remove the NVIDIA Control Panel ... or does it matter?

Hello,

Go to the control panel, System, device manager, click "display adapters", Nvidia will be listed. Right click the Nvidia entry, properties, then the driver tab, then the "uninstall" button.
