SCSI interface card

I have a dell Inspiron 530S and an Epson GT_10000+ scanner and recently obtained the necessary SCSI interface card. However the holding steel bracket measures 12 cm in height which is greater than the depth dimensions of my computer .

Can  the SCSI card be inserted into my computer and if so how do i get around the bracket size problem

many thanks

phaeoman

The first suggestion is probably more than you want to spend.

Keep in mind that SCSI like Parallell ports and PS2 Keyboards and Mice is something that manufacturers are

NOT supporting in Vista and WIN7.  Especially  ISA Bus versions of these cards.
